Our approach is simple and structured. An experienced technician will visit you at your premises to discuss your requirements. We will agree a Cleaning Schedule that works for you – be it a Monthly, Bi-annual or Annual Cleaning Contracts Service. We will agree a pricing and payment schedule with you. Finally, we will appoint an experienced Contract Manager to you who will be your single point of contact for queries. We put a lot of effort in even before the cleaning work starts. This is all part of our service.

Along with the usual Public Liability Insurance we carry Product Liability Insurance. We are probably unique in this regard. What it means is that if for some reason your Carpets, Upholstery or Partitions unfortunately get damaged in any way as a result of our cleaning, you are fully covered. Of course this won’t happen (or at least hasn’t in the last 30 years), but it is reassuring for you to know.
