Rug Cleaning

Was super delighted with the results that Tom achieved on the 2 rugs and a hall runner. I honestly did not think they would come up as well as they did. He worked a small miracle on my good rug which was badly stained. Although Aqua-Dry is located on the far side of the city to me, and there were other companies much closer, I chose Aqua-Dry on the basis of the information on their website and follow- up phone call . The reception staff are all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing is very competitive and while I chose to drop -in and collect my rugs the pick-up and delivery charge of €20 each way from one side of the city to the other is very reasonable. I will definitely use Aqua-Dry again and would have no hesitation in recommending this business to others.

I’m very happy with the service you have provided, especially how quickly you responded to my emails, and how friendly and well-mannered everyone I’ve dealt with from Aqua-Dry has been. Also, the pick up and drop off of the rugs happened exactly when I was told they would happen, so I wasn't waiting around for ages. The only thing I'd have changed would be to have had the rugs back faster, though it's much better to have them done properly and to have them fully dried out than to have them done quickly.

I got a few quotations from other companies and I decided to go with Aqua-Dry because of the outstanding customer service. I have a velvet couch that I love, and Tim was very interested (and honest) in finding out if the water treatment would be recommended for this type of fabric, while other companies just provided me a quote without even asking for photos or more information. It felt like I could trust in the company. I had my rug done by Scott, and I was very satisfied. He was very polite, arrived at the agreed time and did an amazing job! He also helped to hang it outside. It was a pleasure to deal with Aqua-Dry, and I'd highly recommend it. Thank you and see you next time!
